Privacy & cookies
Updated October 17, 2026
This notice describes the current Vanguard Diving Services website. It does not cover a future customer portal or other services.
Your project enquiry
When you submit the quote form, your name, contact details, company, project location, service selection, and project description are sent to FormSubmit for processing and delivery to estimating@vanguarddiving.com. Vanguard uses these details to respond, clarify scope, and prepare an estimate. Submitting does not reserve a crew or authorize AI-generated calls.
FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Enquiries delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox may be retained for correspondence and project records as needed. Contact info@vanguarddiving.com to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal obligations. Do not send sensitive personal data or confidential project documents through this form.
Spam protection
Submitting takes you to FormSubmit, which uses a spam check and may use Google reCAPTCHA. These services may process device, network, and interaction information under their own policies. You can instead email estimating@vanguarddiving.com or call (978) 728-9565.
Cookies and technical information
Vanguard's website code does not set cookies, use browser local storage, or include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The hosting and sign-in provider may use cookies and process technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the site and manage access. Form submissions are additionally processed by FormSubmit and its spam-protection providers.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies required by the hosting or sign-in service may affect access. This site does not currently offer optional advertising or analytics cookies to accept or reject; it has no separate consent preference stored by Vanguard.
External services
Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their processing practices. Submitted enquiries are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Fonts and photos are served with the site, so viewing them does not require a separate connection to Google Fonts or the photo providers. See OpenAI's privacy policy for information about the hosting provider. Following links to other websites takes you to services governed by their own policies.
Tracking signals and changes
The current site has no Vanguard advertising or cross-site tracking scripts and does not implement a separate response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. If analytics, advertising, or other data collection is added, this notice and any necessary privacy controls must be updated before those features launch.
